How to Do It (Steps)
Strike a High-Power Pose (1 - 2 minutes): Stand tall, feet shoulder-width, hands on hips or raised overhead.
Visualize Success (1 - 2 minutes): Close your eyes, mentally see yourself speaking confidently and persuasively during you next meeting. It may sound odd, but go for it! It's a game changer.
Breathe Deep (1 - 2 minutes): Inhale slowly through your nose, exhale gently through your mouth - repeat. Go for it without thinking of anything in particular.

By physically taking up space and picturing a positive outcome, you reduce social anxiety and ramp up mental preparedness.
